Exchange Policy


We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means item must be returned within 14 days for an exchange.

(For international orders, item must be sent out latest 14 days after receiving them.) 

There will be no cash refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@annk.shopIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Delivery cost for returns is to be borne by the customer.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange is approved or not within 7 days. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit equivalent to the price of the returned item. You may use this store credit within 1 month to purchase another item on the store. Re-delivery cost of the exchanged item is to be borne by the customer.
